Another form of In-House Financing
Retail clients, who wish to convert (up to) 50% of their purchase into instalments, must utilize Lease-To-Own (LTO) terms. In this example an 850 sq.ft. Starter Home with gable roof and covered veranda costing $85,477.20 (taxes in) is leased over five (5) years. Hence, the up front payment is $42,238.60 and monthly payments are $703.98, plus $25 Admin. Fee (in lieu of interest).
Please note: the minimum monthly payment per unit is $500 plus Admin. Fee, and the maximum term is five years, unless otherwise agreed upon on a case by case basis. Additional security may be required.
