Wholesale Registration

Wholesalers are process partners locally, they require set-up.

They are assumed to purchase for resale or own use, thus qualify for 20% in discounts when purchasing (i.e.: an 850 sq.ft Starter Home with gable roof and covered veranda costing $74,102 retail would be invoiced at 59,984, giving the wholesaler a margin of $14,118 given SPLITS terms).

They may additionally earn 5% upon project completion, if the referral originated with them, and another 5%, if they meaningfully contributed to the project coming in on time, on budget and with 100% CSI scores.
