Partner Projects are a means to shape word-of-mouth, that least expensive, but most effective form of advertising, locally.

* Levels of Participation...

  • FREE Subscriptions: free subscribers are known and mau be found in closed communities in the tradition of conventional Referral or Co-Promotion Networks. FREE Subscribers receive one "blind" Pin that features indirect communication; they commit to 35% referral fees.
  • ADVERTISING Subscriptions: advertising subscribers receive one "live" Pin that redirects traffic to blogs, websites, social media or other proprietary presences online that feature direct communication with enhanced control over prospecting process: $25 per month; $250 per year.
  • PROSPECTING Subscriptions: prospecting subscribers receive Mapsites™, which come with unlimited Pins in unlimited categories. They target market geographically AND demographically while differentiating locally, shaping word-of-mouth to move themselves up-market: $75 per month; $750 per year.
  • MANAGERIAL or COLLECTIVE Subscriptions: requires at least one Partner Project and a minimum of 20 ADVERTISING and/or PROSPECTING accounts under that umbrella. Qualifies for SPLITS - we share revenue. The subscription fee is $75 per month, but we credit half the margin above a base rate of $25 to the managerial account, which means managerial subscribers earn up to $250 per 20 accounts per month BEFORE project profits.

The Deal I would like (all points negotiable)...

  • Work Space to pursue Talispros™ for myself: recognizing that there will be an intertwining of purpose, and given that I do not have a ready made workspace for myself, I would like two offices and conference space designated by you (for as long as our partnership persists, plus six months).
  • A 10% commission on Talisworks™ and Talishouse™ sales: I have a degree in automotive marketing and business administration from the Canadian Automotive Institute, Georgian College, Barrie, Ontario, but I am not about to start a dealership business parallel to the Talispros™ subscription based business. I offer that to you.
  • A 25% stake in Talistowns™ projects: this is my attempt at a "legacy" business for myself and a way of life I treasure and fear is being lost. Having grown up in 1970s Germany I continue to balance a social conscience with a strong need for personal freedom and responsibility. Thus, I want a role in the "vision" stage of Talistowns™ projects.
  • A job for my son that allows him to grow into my position: that second office is his. Full disclosure: I recognize he has a way to go, but he has a good heart and often FEELS the same as what I SEE. He will be an asset, if allowed to grow into the role.

Intangible Assets I bring to the table...

  • DIGGGR Inc. corporate name and federal registration (lapsed); set-up with BMO incl. account, credit card and credit line.
  • Talishouse Inc. corporate name and federal registration (lapsed);
  • Domain names: talispros.com; talisworks.com; talistowns.com; tails.com (this website); talisu101.com & talis101.com. The idea is to design a campaign around talisman, which Mirriam-Webster defines as "an object held to act as charm to avert evil and bring good fortune". What more would we want as a new initiative?
  • Also, I have two toll free numbers: +1-888-988-0230 and +1-888-988-0250. They are transferable.
